●The spindle of the spindle box is a through-axis structure,which adopts high-precision double-column cylindrical roller bearing support,with high precision and good stability.
●The main drive is driven by AC spindle servo motor or DC motor,with hydraulic two gears,stepless speed regu- lation in gear,wide speed regulation range and good adaptability.
●The bed guide way adopts integral three-guide rail or integral four-guide rail,and adopts fine grinding process- ing method.The main guide rail surface of the bed body is treated by medium frequency quenching, and the
hardness can reach HRC 52.
●The tailstock is an integral box structure,the mandrel in the sleeve adopts double row short cylindrical roller bearing with high precision and adjustable radial clearance.The sleeve and tailstock movement are both pow- er-driven, and equipped with a force measuring device.
●The turret horizontal adopts ball screw,longitudinal adopts high precision rack and double tooth rod gap struc- ture, improving the transmission precision of the turret.
●The machine is equipped with walking platform and hanging button station for easy operation.
●According to user requirements,we can provide double turrets,milling and boring devices,grinding devices, chip conveyors,tool cooling systems,etc.
