During the warranty period, under normal operating conditions, we will provide free repair and replacement of defective parts for any machine tool malfunctions occurring at clients' site.
Response Time
24-hour response: We will acknowledge the fault within 24 hours upon receiving clients' formal notification. On-site service: Technicians shall arrive at clients' facility within 72 hours to resolve the issue if needed.
Post-Warranty Support
After the warranty expires, we will continue to provide preferential technical support and spare parts supply to clients.
Warranty Termination Clause
If the machine tool remains uninstalled due to clients' reasons one year after purchase, the warranty period shall be deemed expired.
