This CK series heavy-duty flat bed CNC lathe with 755 wide guide rail is a universal heavy metal cutting machine tailored for factory workshop production teams and large component processing plants. Built for ultra-rigid rough turning and high-precision finish turning, the equipment handles oversized shaft and plate workpieces ranging from 1000 mm to 1600 mm swing diameter, with customizable center distance from 500 mm to 10000 mm.

Equipped with CE, ISO and SGS certification, the machine delivers stable dimensional accuracy under long-hour heavy cutting loads. Unlike standard light-duty turning equipment, this large-size CNC turning machine supports multi-process integrated machining: internal/external cylinder turning, conical surface cutting, complex rotary curved surface forming and multi-standard thread turning. One-Piece Resin Sand Cast Iron Bed

The entire machine frame adopts integrated casting via resin-sand technology, forged with high-strength iron blanks. The monoblock bed eliminates assembly gaps, greatly boosting overall rigidity and anti-deformation performance. Even under 6-ton maximum workpiece load, the bed maintains stable geometric accuracy without deflection, extending long-term precision retention lifespan of the heavy-duty CNC lathe.

Ultrasonic Frequency Quenched 755mm Guide Rail

All guide rail surfaces receive ultrasonic frequency quenching treatment. High-frequency ultrasonic vibration uniformly heats metal surfaces, followed by precise cooling to refine internal metal microstructure. The finished guide rail features superior wear resistance, reducing surface abrasion during continuous carriage movement and preserving smooth sliding performance for years of mass production.

Turcite B Anti-Friction Lining for Carriage Contact Surfaces

Turcite B low-friction wear-resistant material is pasted on contact areas between carriage and guide rail. It effectively lowers friction coefficient during X/Z axis rapid traversal, avoids crawling motion, protects both carriage and guide rail from abrasion, and stabilizes repeated positioning accuracy of the large shaft CNC lathe.
