This cnc pipe threading lathe is a heavy-duty horizontal cnc lathe , a dedicated pipe threading lathe for oil casing, tubing, drill tools and large pipeline thread machining. This two-axis linkage horizontal CNC lathe features a large hollow spindle bore of Φ280~640mm, allowing thick steel pipes to pass through the spindle directly.
It supports semi-finishing, finishing turning, axial drilling and tapping, capable of machining cylindrical, conical, spherical and complex rotary surfaces to meet high-precision processing needs of large sleeve, shaft and disc workpieces. Equipped with standard CNC system, semi-closed loop control ensures stable precision and continuous heavy cutting performance for pipe threading mass production.

Adopt one-piece HT300 cast flat bed with 1100mm wide guideway span. Multiple aging treatments eliminate casting stress; medium-frequency quenched grinding guide rails resist deformation under heavy cutting. Flat layout optimizes chip removal and workpiece loading & unloading, reducing chip accumulation during long-hour pipe threading.
The core highlight of this pipe threading lathe is Φ640mm through spindle bore, avoiding pipe cutting for long thick tubes. Symmetrical thermal balance spindle box with preloaded precision bearings, matched with 37kW variable frequency main motor, 3 manual speed gears (1–170rpm). Low thermal deformation stabilizes thread accuracy for 24-hour non-stop operation. Two Φ1250mm four-jaw independent chucks clamp heavy pipes firmly and suppress cutting vibration.
X, Z axes use large-pitch high-precision ball screws directly connected to servo motors via flexible couplings. Rapid feed speed: X 4m/min, Z 6m/min, minimum setting unit 0.001mm. Fully sealed screw guards prevent iron scraps and coolant damage, repeat positioning accuracy X:0.011mm, Z:0.018mm to guarantee consistent API thread precision.
