Products Features


Massive Work Envelope

Accommodates workpieces up to 1840mm in diameter (over bed) and 16,000mm in length, with a maximum weight capacity of 20 tons (evenly distributed). The spindle bore of 130mm allows for through-hole machining of large pipes and shafts.


Heavy-Duty Drive

A 30kW high-torque motor (1500 RPM) delivers 4500 Nm of spindle torque, paired with a 6-speed gearbox for 21 forward speeds (3.15–315 RPM) and 12 reverse speeds (3.5–290 RPM). The motor features thermal protection to prevent overheating during prolonged heavy cuts.


Rigid Construction

The 1100mm wide guideways (200mm height) are induction-hardened and precision-ground, with a cast iron bed reinforced by 12mm thick steel plates. The carriage and cross slide use large-diameter ball screws (φ50mm) for smooth movement under heavy loads.


Enhanced Safety

Equipped with a full-length safety guard (interlocked with emergency stop), overload protection for the spindle motor, and a foot brake (response time <0.5 seconds) to ensure operator safety during emergencies.

Can it handle hardened materials?

Yes, when paired with carbide cutting tools (ISO K and P grades), it can machine hardened steel up to HRC 55, suitable for processing bearing races and hardened shafts.

What is the recommended coolant type?

A water-soluble coolant with extreme pressure additives (e.g., chlorinated paraffin) is recommended for heavy cutting, with a concentration of 8–10% to prevent tool wear and workpiece corrosion.
