CK6180 (600 guide rail) and CKQ61100 CNC lathe are standard medium-duty flat bed turning equipment designed for component manufacturing workshops and auto parts processing plants. With 600 mm wide hardened guide rail and maximum swing diameter up to 1000 mm, the machine focuses on medium-size shaft and disc workpiece batch machining, achieving dimensional tolerance up to IT6-IT7 grade for precision finished parts.

Shock-Absorbent High-Strength Cast Iron Lathe Bed

The machine base is integrally cast with thick high-density cast iron, passing multiple aging treatments to release internal casting stress. The stable bed structure delivers excellent vibration damping during high-speed cutting, avoiding surface ripple defects on finished workpieces and maintaining long-term machining stability.

Precision Hardened & Ground 600mm Guide Rail

Guide rails undergo overall hardening and precision grinding processes to lower surface friction resistance. Compared with untreated rails, hardened guide rails reduce carriage movement resistance, accelerate X/Z axis feeding speed and lower wear loss during continuous batch production of the CK6180 CNC lathe.

High-Rigidity Alloy Steel Precision Spindle

The spindle core is manufactured from premium alloy steel via multi-step precision machining and heat treatment. It realizes low runout rotation and sufficient low-speed torque for heavy cutting. Stepless speed adjustment from 10 rpm to 800 rpm matches different material cutting requirements from soft aluminum to hard alloy steel.

Modular Optional Upgrade Components
