The CK6150 CK6156 CNC Lathe is a standard light-duty automatic metal machining device for factory workshops and component processing plants. The series adopts dual V-type guideway structures, with a 400mm guideway width for the CK6150 model and a 460mm guideway width for the CK6156 model. The equipment supports machining of small and medium-sized shaft and plate metal workpieces, covering internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, rotary profiles, and multiple types of thread turning processes.

The machine is configured with fully enclosed protective covers for guideways and lead screws, which block metal chip accumulation and coolant contact with core moving parts. Structural Design & Material Specifications

Main Bed & Guideway Structure

The machine base is manufactured with integrated high-strength cast iron casting, with internal stress eliminated through vibration aging treatment. All sliding guide surfaces receive ultrasonic frequency quenching and precision grinding processing, forming a uniform hardened surface layer. The dual V guideway structure maintains consistent stress bearing during long-term cyclic machining. The overall bed structure supports fixed load parameters and standard cutting travel ranges for conventional metal processing.

Transmission & Auxiliary Component Materials

The equipment is equipped with precision ground ball lead screws installed at the middle position of the machine body. Turcite B composite materials are attached to carriage and guideway contact positions to lower friction resistance during axis movement. Spindle components adopt standard roller bearing sets to control spindle runout within conventional industrial tolerance ranges. Full metal protective covers are installed on guideway and transmission systems for physical isolation from processing waste.

Power & Tool System Configuration

The series is equipped with a 7.5kW main spindle motor and a 0.125kW independent coolant pump. A 4-position NC turret is configured with 25×25mm standard tool shank sizes for tool clamping and replacement. The tailstock adopts MT5 taper specification, with a fixed quill travel of 150mm, matching the clamping requirements of conventional long shaft workpieces. The spindle supports three-speed variable frequency adjustment with fixed speed range parameters.
