CCMT 2026 (China CNC Machine Tool Exhibition) will be held from April 21 to 25, 2026, in Shanghai, China—a dynamic industrial hub that gathers top industry players from around the globe. Our booth number at CCMT is N4-A211, where visitors can easily find us to explore our latest machine tool solutions. Shortly after, we will head to METALLOOBRABOTKA 2026, Russia’s largest international machine tool and metalworking exhibition, which will take place from May 12 to 15, 2026, at the Expocentre Fairgrounds in Moscow, Russia. We will display different types of high-performance lathes at the two exhibitions to meet the diverse needs of global customers: three different types of machine tools will be exhibited in Shanghai, namely QKY1335J, CK84125×6000, and CHY61180-4×2000; while a CNC pipe thread lathe QK1319×1500 will be exhibited in Moscow. The detailed features of each model are as follows:
·Equipped with dual-axis continuous control and an advanced CNC system supporting multiple interpolation modes, it machines complex high-precision shafts, discs and various threads efficiently.
·Features a 45° rear-tilted integrated bed and heavy-duty precision guideways for excellent rigidity, convenient operation and smooth chip removal.
·Adopts servo spindle drive, direct-coupled Z-axis drive and 8-station electric turret, ensuring high stability, fast response and strong machining adaptability.
·This lathe is a newly developed model based on advanced global technologies and optimized upgrades, meeting international advanced standards.
·The lathe adopts a two-support spindle structure for high rigidity and large torque output, and features a bed with bottom chip removal for convenient chip evacuation.
·The upper section of the tailstock features a built-in design, and the tailstock as a whole is moved using a motorized traverse mechanism. The machine tool’s spindle speed, feed rates, and power characteristics are all well-designed to effectively meet the requirements of both rough and finish machining.
·It is a 4-axis 4-linkage turning-milling center for turning, milling, drilling and tapping shaft and disc parts.
·The 45° rear inclined bed and heavy-duty hardened plastic-coated guideways ensure high rigidity, stability and easy chip removal.
·The turning machine spindle drive system consists of a wide-range AC servo motor that drives the spindle via a two-speed electromagnetic stepless speed variation transmission, with closed-loop control using an absolute position and angle encoder.
·The lathe's 30° slanting saddle features a virtual Y-axis function.
·This pipe threading lathe is a two-axis, two-axis-interpolation CNC lathe designed primarily for semi-finishing and finishing of shaft and disc-shaped parts, as well as for drilling and tapping.
·The machine bed features an HT300 monoblock cast structure with a width of 550 mm and a “V-flat”guideway configuration. The internal rib structure is optimally designed to provide high rigidity, ensuring excellent machine stability during the machining of large-diameter parts.
·The guide rails are manufactured using a medium-frequency quenching and grinding process, resulting in a deep hardened layer and high hardness.
