Designed for precision machining of crankshaft main journals in automotive, diesel engines, and marine applications, this Crankshaft Spindle Neck CNC lathe series is also ideal for camshaft processing. Featuring high accuracy and efficiency, it reduces production time while ensuring superior output, significantly boosting manufacturing productivity.
This two-axis continuous-control CNC lathe specializes in semi-finishing and finishing crankshaft components, including main journals, small-end outer circles, shoulders, thrust faces, fillets, and undercuts. Equipped with an advanced CNC system, it enables high-speed, high-volume precision turning of crankshaft main journals—even replacing rough grinding with fine turning for optimized results.
1. The Crankshaft Spindle Neck CNC Lathe adopts an overall 45-degree rear-mounted inclined bed, which is easy to operate and adjust, has a good stress state, and is conducive to chip removal;
2. The longitudinal and transverse guide rails are high-precision heavy-load quenched plastic guide rail pairs, and the lathe has good rigidity and long service life;
3. The lathe spindle transmission system is a wide-speed AC servo spindle motor that drives the spindle through a hydraulic two-speed inorganic speed change, which improves the stability of the transmission and has low-speed high-torque cutting and high-speed cutting functions;
4. The main spindle and sub-spindle are equipped with hydraulic hollow chucks, and the front end of the chuck is equipped with a floating center to support the crankshaft workpiece and hydraulic clamping;
5. The X and Z axis transmissions are both elastic coupling direct-connected, which can effectively avoid transmission errors and improve the stability, reliability and response speed of the CNC Lathe;
6. The bed adopts HT300 and the head adopts HT250, which can improve the strength and hardness of the bed, increase the carrying capacity of the CNC lathe, make it more stable and more precise, and extend the service life.
